We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacokinetics Scientist to join our dynamic research and development team. As a Pharmacokinetics Scientist, you will play a crucial role in designing, conducting, and interpreting pharmacokinetic studies to support the development of novel drug candidates. Your expertise in pharmacokinetics will contribute to the optimization of drug dosing regimens, assessment of drug-drug interactions, and evaluation of drug safety and efficacy profiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute pharmacokinetic studies: Develop study protocols, design appropriate sampling strategies, and oversee the collection of biological samples for pharmacokinetic analysis.
  • Conduct data analysis: Utilize advanced pharmacokinetic modeling and statistical methods to analyze and interpret data generated from preclinical and clinical studies. Generate meaningful insights to guide decision-making in drug development.
  • Pharmacokinetic modeling and simulation: Develop and refine pharmacokinetic models to predict drug concentrations, estimate exposure, and optimize dosing regimens. Apply modeling and simulation techniques to support dose selection, drug-drug interaction assessments, and exposure-response analyses.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including medicinal chemistry, formulation development, and clinical research, to integrate pharmacokinetic data into overall drug development strategies.
